Sometimes the most powerful thing a coach can do is see your magnificence clearly and hold that view steady until you can see it, too.

A colleague dubbed me “the genius whisperer,” which captures what I love most: listening beneath the striving, the strategies, and the stuckness to help you experience the essence of who you are at your core. Our work starts with a simple truth: you are not, nor have you ever been, a problem to be fixed. You are a genius to be discovered and fully expressed.

I weave together decades of human resources and leadership experience, Kolbe Wisdom™, and the somatic depth of the Hendricks work, which I’ve practiced for more than 25 years, including 16 years working alongside Katie and Gay as the Institute’s Enrollment Consultant (2004-2020).

Whether you’re navigating a career or relationship transition, stepping into a bigger expression of your genius, or helping your team lead and collaborate from its collective strengths, I’d love to explore working together. Schedule a complimentary 30-minute discovery call here.
